CARDIO & CONDITIONING

High-energy conditioning sessions designed to improve endurance, athletic performance, and overall fitness. Expect a mix of HIIT, functional movements, and HYROX-inspired elements.

We are Brittany Cocco and Luis Fuentes, and together we bring over 21 years of experience in the fitness industry. After years of working for others, we’re excited to take the reins and create something truly special. Fitness is what brought us together, and we’re passionate about building a strong community. Our classes are more than group workouts—they’re hands-on, coach-led sessions crafted by us to help you move, improve, and grow. While anyone can lead a great workout, it’s the connections formed through our shared experiences that we cherish most. At Litt Fitness, we’re more than just a gym—we’re a family!
