At Litt Fitness, we are passionate about delivering the best possible workout experience for our members, which is why we've developed a system that maximizes efficiency, minimizes confusion, and ensures individual attention.

CloudFitTV:

Your Workout, Clearly Displayed

We use a cutting-edge program called CloudFitTV to streamline the workout experience.

In our studio, we have four large TVs on the walls displaying the workout for the day.

Each station is clearly marked on the floor, so you always know exactly where to go.

The exercise, sets, reps, and timer are displayed on the screen, meaning you never have to ask a coach, “What am I doing next?”

This technology allows our coaches to spend more time helping you with personalized feedback — focusing on form, progressions, modifications, and injury prevention — so you get the most out of every session.

Our Program Structure: A Balanced Approach to Fitness

We understand that consistency, variety, and recovery are key to long-term success, which is why we structure our weekly workouts to give you both challenge and support. Each day brings something new, ensuring your body is continually adapting and improving, while also minimizing the risk of overuse or injury.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: Strength + HIIT Workouts

  • Monday: Chest, Triceps & Shoulders

  • Wednesday: Back, Biceps & Traps

  • Friday: Glutes & Hamstrings

Each of these days is dedicated to high-intensity, lifting-style HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) that combines strength training with metabolic conditioning. Strength is the foundation of a healthy, fit body, and we believe in its power to transform. The focused muscle group days allow you to work in depth on key areas while also keeping things fresh. The combination of strength and HIIT will build muscle, burn fat, and boost your metabolism long after the workout is over.

Tuesday: High-Intensity Cardio

Tuesdays are our toughest workout of the week — a mental and physical challenge. We’ve designed this cardio session to push you to your limits, using plyometrics and HIIT-style moves to increase your endurance, burn calories, and build cardiovascular health. While it’s our toughest session, it’s also incredibly rewarding. We love to see our members dig deep and push through, knowing that every drop of sweat brings them closer to their goals.

Thursday: Core Stability + Functional Movement

Thursdays are all about building a strong foundation through core stability, mobility, and functional movements. Expect dynamic exercises that challenge your balance, coordination, and range of motion. We also include an element of cardio through compound movements that will elevate your heart rate. The focus on core stability will improve posture, help with injury prevention, and ensure you're functional and strong in everyday movements.

Saturday: Epic Mix of Everything

Saturday is the grand finale of our week — a high-energy, fun mix of everything you’ve done throughout the week. We bring together the best of strength, cardio, and core work into one epic session. Expect to be challenged, expect to be energized, and most importantly, expect to have a great time. It’s the perfect way to wrap up the week, celebrating your progress and preparing for the next round of workouts.
